Logistics
Where is the event?
The site address is 5623 Geelong-Ballan Road, Ballan (Phoenix Park Ballan).
This is just over an hour from Melbourne.
How can I get there?
We encourage carpooling to the event which will require a car pass to offset carbon emissions.
Alternatively, you can catch the V-line train and take a 5-minute cab ride from Ballan Station.
What times are gates open?
12pm – 10.30pm, Friday 10 January.
9am – 1.30pm, Saturday 11 January.
When do I need to leave?
Patrons will need to leave site by 12pm on Monday 13 January.
Blow Me First will be available for drug and alcohol testing at the following times:
11am - 9pm, Sunday 12 January
7am - 12pm, Monday 13 January

How do I apply to volunteer?
Applications are now closed.
Will there be food options?
Yes, there will be a variety of food options.
Will there be ice for sale?
Yes.
Will there be free water?
Yes, there will be multiple water stations across the site. Please remember to bring a reusable drink bottle as no plastic water bottles will be sold at the market.
Will there be free showers?
Yes.
Can I camp with my car?
No.
Is the event wheelchair accessible?
Yes, the event is wheelchair accessible and has all-access toilets.
Will there be passouts?
Passouts will not be available. If there’s something important you’ve forgotten, ask your neighbours or the info tent for help.
What should I bring?
This is by no means everything that you should bring, but definitely do not forget:

Can I buy alcohol?
Alcohol will not be sold at the festival. You may bring your own alcohol, just don’t bring glass!
What is your refund policy?
In the event of a cancellation or reschedule, a refund will be provided in full or tickets can be rolled over to the following event.

Is there an age restriction?
Our second edition will be strictly 18+, but we hope to be able to welcome kids in the future for our doof mums and dads!
How do I buy a ticket?
We are proud to partner with Humanitix again for tickets. Humanitix donate 100% of booking fees to fund education for disadvantaged children.
Are there day tickets available?
No.
Will tickets be available on the gate?
No tickets will be available on the gate, so get in quick to secure a ticket!
Is there a limit to how many tickets I can buy?
There is no limit.
Do I need to buy a car pass?
Yes, you will need to buy a car pass. We recommend carpooling.
